OBR how to regenerate policies

OBR platform_poller_ds_process failed to install policy file that has a different owner.  The error message indicates to use the 'force owner'-switch to force overriding the policy with a different owner.

 

I wonder how to re-create the policy.

Would it be feasible to remove all policies in $PMDB_HOME/config/policies folder and run

remotepollerutility -syncds -type ALL -pollername local

to resolve the error?
