OMI - LB URL is not accessible getting login page again after entering the credential

Hello Experts,

Not able to access LB URL whereas individual GW url are accessible. Also Nodes are active on LB device. 

we perform the below steps but it didn't help to resolve this issue. 

1) Enter a valid LW SSO domain

Remote login to the machine (either RDP or VNC, depending on the host OS)

Visit http://localhost:29000/mbean?objectname=Topaz%3Aservice%3DLW-SSO+Configuration

Change the setting "Name=Domain,Description=BSM Server Domain" to a valid domain

2) Enable automatic domain parsing

Remote login to the machine (either RDP or VNC, depending on the host OS)

Visit http://localhost:29000/mbean?objectname=Topaz%3Aservice%3DLW-SSO+Configuration

Change the setting "Name=ParseServerDomainAuto,Description=Parse server domain automatically and ignore server domain defined in LW-SSO configuration" to true

please suggest another steps to resolve this issue.

Did you tried opening OMi URL using specific server name instead of LB.

https://localhost/omi

Hello Mithilesh,

Thanks for the update.

We are able to access individual GW URLs. Only LB URL having access issue.

When we enter the login credential in LB URL again it hit back to login page.

Hi Ganesh,

So, I assume proper details are provided in infrastructure settings for HA.

Now, Network Team should double check the configuration on NLB because its network issue.
