(OMW) Support Tip: add OMW service to registry

In case some OMW services have been unregistered/deleted  while installing patch, but  failed to be registered after the patch installation. Then the services will not be started.

the sc command can be used to create/add the services. for example, if  service "OvEpStatusEngine" is missing, it can be added by:

    sc create "OvEpStatusEngine" binPath= "D:\Program Files\HP\HP BTO Software\bin\win64\OvEpStatusEngine.exe" start= demand depend= OvSecurityServer/RpcSs/Winmgmt  obj=<HP-OVE-User> password=<password for HP-OVE-User> DisplayName= "OvEpStatusEngine"

And the service can be removed/deleted by:

      sc delete "OvEpStatusEngine"
