OMi 10.01 IP5 - NNMi Instructions in events from NNMi (Agent integration)

Hi!

For a customer we are running OMi 10.01 IP5  (Win2012) and integrated with NNMi 10.10 via agent/BSMC.
A policy is genereated from NNMi and imported into the BSMC.
The same policy ius also imported to the OMi to have instructions availabale from the event.
Events are transeferd from the BSMC to the OMi, so the integration works fine so far.

When we get an event an try to open the instructions, we get a pop up with the following error message:

"Could not retrieve instructions.
Error in server processing. Please contact your administrator."

Does anyone have experience with the intgration where the "Instructions" tab are working?

If yes, any idea how to solve the issue explained?

You end up with troubleshooting instructions retrieval process. You can start with looking through <HPBSM>\log\opr-scripting-host\opr-scripting-host.log on GW server for any errors/warnings about the instructions groovy script you use in your policy.

We wre missing some Java binaries.

We are having same issues in OMi 10.60 IP2,. May I know what java binaries you were missing?
