OMi Notifications are failing to send

Hi Expert,

I am facing Issues with notificaiton but  it was working fine but all of sudden notification as failing only for single Rules and orther rules are working fine.

I have configured Notifications to be sent (Admin-->Operations Mgt-->Event Automation-->Notifications) based on an event filter, the filter test identifies the proper event, however, when event arrive that meet the conditions in the filter, no events are sent.

What could be causing the failure? is there any thing need to check from Alert like should not pass any special charachter or somehting is msg body. ths is HP Arcsight intigration and something I could see some variable is populating in Msg body becasue trap is coming blank.

Please help me to understand on this.

HP BSM Version :- 9.23

Thanks in Advance
