OV Reporter data_collection

Hi Experts,

 

i just want to know weather OV reporter data collection depends on OM agent or not.

B'couz i am facing issues in reports i.e as Sysuptime report were some nodes show 80% to 90% uptime but when i check in

NPS report it is 100% up for particular time frame.
