OVO Action Agent "opcacta" and OVO Message Interceptor "opcmsgi" aren't working

Hello everyone!

 

I'm trying to fix a particularly annoying problem that's been plaguing me the last few days. When I try to install our agent to the Windows 2003 server, a couple of the parts of this agent won't run. I've tried reinstalling the agent, deleting and adding the agent back into our OVO database, clearing the temp files and clearing the coda database files, and nothing seems to work.

 

After attempting to find my answer through Google, I'm out of ideas and hoping someone else knows what to do.

 

OVO Agent: 08.53.007

OS: Windows Server 2003 x86

 

Before you suggest updating or patching my agent, I don't have any control over what version we're running on the server. We plan to update soon, but for now, this is what I have.
