OVPM 9.03 on RH 6.4 with OML 9.1 (latest patches) and 11.12.09 agent.
When I run OVPM and try to display a graph, I end up with a blank graph.
If I try to run the same graph from a OVPM 9.0 on HPUX I do get the graph.
IF I try to build a graph using either the PA or EPC data sources I get the same results.
If I go to diagnostic view, there are graphs.
rpm -q for the components of the patch HPPM8X9XCPL_00004 indicates that the patch packages are installed.
However opcragt -agent_version suggests that at least the HPOvTomcatB version is still 06.00.035
Any thoughts on what might be keeping OVPM from displaying the graphs?
Regards,
Norm

Hi,
It's strange that graphs for PA/EPC are fine in Diagnostic view but not in Standard view. If this is a problem started after installing the patches for PM, I suggest you to check if the directory /opt/OV/nonOV/tomcat/b/temp exists. There is a known issue documented here: http://support.openview.hp.com/selfsolve/document/KM00469876
If this is not the case, then we need to check what errors are logged in PM trace files.
Cheers,
Priya

Priya,
Thanks for your response.
The missing file system was the problem..
Once the file system was created, we were able to create the graphs.
Thanks,
Norm
