Hi, Harald,

That event description brings to me two main questions:

1. What is the source of that event?

2. Is that event-related somehow to an EPI/Custom Action?

If it is related, double check whether the event is missing information needed to execute an automatic or manual action (EPI/Custom Action). Also, if the source has an Operations Agent, double check as well, certs, ovcoreid, communication, so forth. This "Key-ID" word in the event could only be from an ovcoreid, or the event natural keys (Related CI Hint, OM Service ID).

Hello Christian,

we still face these error messages. Here the answers to your questions:

  1. What is the source of that event?

--------Found in logfile: log/wde/opr-gateway.log on both OMi server always at the same timestamp:

2018-10-05 07:53:29,742 [Activator] ERROR EventGateway.handleActionResponse(559) - Property Key-ID is not readable in ActionResponse. ActionResponse will get lost.

2018-10-05 08:23:25,769 [Activator] ERROR EventGateway.handleActionResponse(559) - Property Key-ID is not readable in ActionResponse. ActionResponse will get lost.

2018-10-05 09:43:04,976 [Activator] ERROR EventGateway.handleActionResponse(559) - Property Key-ID is not readable in ActionResponse. ActionResponse will get lost.

--------I found a different error in another logfile log/wde/wde.all.log at exact the same time:

2018-10-05 07:53:28,648 [Activator] (GenericSoapArg.java:103) ERROR - Unexpected tag 'ack' within SoapElement 'actresp'. Parsing will continue, but all data within this tag will be lost. Supported tags are: [output, caller, anno, exitCode, endTime, key, target, status]

2018-10-05 08:23:25,197 [Activator] (GenericSoapArg.java:103) ERROR - Unexpected tag 'ack' within SoapElement 'actresp'. Parsing will continue, but all data within this tag will be lost. Supported tags are: [output, caller, anno, exitCode, endTime, key, target, status]

2018-10-05 09:43:04,324 [Activator] (GenericSoapArg.java:103) ERROR - Unexpected tag 'ack' within SoapElement 'actresp'. Parsing will continue, but all data within this tag will be lost. Supported tags are: [output, caller, anno, exitCode, endTime, key, target, status]

--------So I assume, both errors are related !?

        2.  Is that event-related somehow to an EPI/Custom Action?

I don’t know. Is there a way to find out if this error is EPI / custom action - related?

Cheers,

Debora
