RTSM Topology source we get reports for OM

Hi All,

We have SHR 9.40,with RTSM as a topology source.Can we get the OM related reports through agents(OM already integrated with OMI).If possible please can any one share the documents.Its very urgent.Please suggest.

Hi,

Your query isn't completely clear.

If you are implying OM Messages content, this content pack can also be installed in a RtSM deployment also.

However, OMi event content should report on all events incl. of those fwd from OM.

Now if your query pertains to Enterprise App content like DB Oracle or MS Exchange, these are equally supported in RtSM scenario as well.

For OM related data, you can collect and report on:

• System and application management data collected directly from nodes running HP Operations Agent and optional SPIs.
• OM Event data collected directly from the OM databases.
• OMi Event data collected directly from the OMi databases.

There are also other data sources SHR can use.

You may want to refer to the SHR Configuration Guide and SHR Concepts Guide.

Thanks for your reply.Our scenario is shr integrated with bsm,bsm is integrated with om,can we get the om related reports in shr.
