RTSM push- IP address missing reverse lookup

Having problems with some data getting into the RTSM.  Mostly IP addresses from an OpsCX integration.  I did noticed many of the IP addresses reverse lookup has not been configured in the DNS servers.  Is the reverse lookup required when OpsCX is push a bulk data load to the RTSM?
