RUM compatibility with Apache
Hello,
In the most recent versions of RUM 9.5x it is already compatible with Apache 2.4?
We have a customer who had to go back to version 2.2 to receive traffic again because with apache 2.4 it was not possible to collect traffic.
Exists documentation about it?
Thanks,
Luis

Hi Luis,
what exactly do you mean with "is compatible with Apache 2.4",
to do what with / in RUM, what RUM part (engine, probe)?
Regarding

..
did your customer update Apache which has been delivered as part of a product?

Hi Luis,
RUM should not have any compatability issues with monitoring traffic to/from Apache 2.4. However, certain cipher types may not be supported, such as Diffie Hellman (changing private key). Apache can be configured to not use ciphers that RUM doesn't support, and there are lots of strong ciphers that can still be used.

Tim
