Related CIs for an event not showing in BSM 9.25
You need to open Resolver Hints tab of each event that doesn't have a related CI, and check whether CI hints were provided at all, and if so, why they didn't help to find a correct related CI.
Is it an event from SiteScope? If so, navigate to SiteScope Integration Preferences and check 2 things:
1. open Operations Manager Integration form and make sure you have "Prefer events over metrics in BSM Service Health (global preference)" checkbox selected.
2. open BSM Integration form and check that "Disable all logging to Business Service Management" checkbox is not selected.
Then generate the SiteScope event again and see if it resolves to a CI this time.
