SC Auto Delay
We use OMW 9.10 and SM 9.20 . We have both servers in same network .
We have configured SC auto 1.5 to log tickets in SM only for node-down alerts of NNM which comes at NNM external node in OMW .
Daily on an avg 200 node-down alerts will come from NNM .
When Scauto logs tickets in SM its noticed that there is more delay ,most of the times its from 20 min to 2 hours .
Its sad to say after loging case with HP they said that its issue with server performace .Its noticed that both servers utiliation is not just crossing 45 % .
Also SC Auto is more capable to process 200 calls and log in SM .If this kind of delay is exist then what is the use loging tickets in SM ?
Eventhough it should be posted in SM forum, i request experts to work with this and suggest to fix this .
Check to make sure you are using SCAuto for OMW version 1.5.0, and if so also request from support hotfix for QCCR1E104937 . You would also want to make sure you are patched currently for your SM version.
