SMOMi Forward event failed

Hello experts!

I'm unsing the OMi integration showed in this guide,102,585

Chapter 3: IncidentExchange between HP Service Manager and HPOperations Manager

I'm using  BSM 9.23 and SM 9.21

The problem is that the event didn't forward to service manager .The error shown in the opr-event-sync-adapter.log is:

2014-08-29 17:07:49,458 [pool-12-thread-1] ERROR ExternalProcessAdapter.invoke0(?) - HTTP error response - Bad Request (400): : Validation failed for probsummary - failed to add record

I am getting the same error for some events..

Don’t aim for success if you want it; just do what you love and believe in, and it will come naturally

"Validation failed for probsummary - failed to add record"
is from Service Manager server upon attempting to add an incident (probsummary).
The Service Manager log (sm.log) can be investigated for additional validation failed messages (e.g. to find which field is invalid).
From there, you could decide to investigate Service Manager format control validations for probsummary
or review your BDM mappin around those fields.
