Service monitoring policy warning

hi

We have > 2000 windows servers managed by OMW 9 wtih remote database

We have ~10 service monitoring policies monitored on each server.

We are getting the below warning for only specific set of servers

Message group:OpC
Application: HP OpenView Operations
Object: opcmona (Monitor Agent)
Severity: Warning
Message text: An error occurred in the processing of the policy 'PROD-WIN-SERVICE-NetBackup Client'. Please check the following errors and take corrective actions. (OpC30-797)
Error during evaluation of threshold level "Monitoring for all servcies with default actions" (OpC30-728)
Execution of threshold script failed. (OpC30-712)
Source : System
Description : Can not get status of service NetBackup Client Service.
ControlService with SERVICE_CONTROL_INTERROGATE failed with 0x41d (80004005)

Character position: 5 (OpC30-711)

But in the next polling interval we are getting normal alert

Please let us know why this is an issue with Agent ver 11.12?

Do you see this problem on all 2000+ machines or there are only few machines
