Sitescope 11.20 - License Problem - Some monitors remain in "Suspended Status"

HI Everybody,

I installed a new license in Sitescope 11.20 (Linux). In "General Preferences" -> "License" tab the points used/available are correctly shown. The problem is that many monitors remain in "Suspended Status" like they were before the new license installation. If I execute manually these monitors the status changes and they begin to work, but after few minutes Sitescope interface logout automatically and they become again "Suspended".

I observed in the forum that there was a similar problem in 11.0x and 11.10 versions.

Have you any idea of this problem?

Thank you in advance

Michele

Hi Michele,

Don't know if you know but we have created a number of support customer forums. One of these forums is for SiteScope. It would be better to post your questions in this forum.

These forums will only be accessible to those customers who have a valid support contract. This is an additional service for those customers who have a valid support contract on these products.

For more information on how to get access to these forums please see:

The link to the Sitescope forum is: http://h30499.www3.hp.com/t5/SiteScope-Support-Customer-Forum/bd-p/sitescope-support-customer-forum

You need to have a valid support contract tied to your HP Passport profile in order to access this forum. See the link I provide above on the support customer forums for more details.
