Sitescope Dynamic Disc Monitor showing only C: Drive.
Currently we are having SiS 11.24 version & we are facing problem while connecting 😧 Drive Disc space Monitor of Windows 2012 Server. After selecting respective server when we click on Get counters then its showing only C: drive counter its not showing 😧 Drive. However if i select Physcial Disc objects from "Microsoft Windows Resource Monitor" then i am able to C: & 😧 both drives. But in Physcial Disc objects we dont see any % full or MB Free counters. 😧 Drive is having NTFS partition.
hi , i could not see a problem when monitoring the C & E drives (both NTFS) on my Win2012 R2 server.
I am using an administrative account to access this server (Netbios method)
My SiteScope is version 11.24.421 build 498.
I would suggest you to check the following logs under ..:\SiteScope\logs :
ERROR.LOG and RUNMONITOR.LOG
Also, try to monitor another server, and see if the same issue appears with a different server.

Thanks for your reply, We also monitoring 250+ Win 2012 servers and are able to see\connect all drives from SItescope.
We are facing this issue on only 'ONE' Win 2012 server.
Note- This server is having 2 static IPs & I am not sure if this is causing Disc drive connectivity issue. I'll check ERROR.LOG and RUNMONITOR.LOG files.
