Sitescope-OBM Integration Issue

Jump to solution

Dear Experts,

We are integrating Sitescope 11.51 with OBM 10.70. The SItescope failover integration with OBM is successful. But the Sitescope primary is having issues. We are getting the below mentioned warning :

"Cannot get node certificate ID from policy header. Reason: (sec.core-91) Could not parse encoded X509 Certificate (error:0906D06C:PEM routines:PEM_read_bio:no start line).
(OpC40-1878)
Ignoring the policies listed above. (OpC40-1899)"

We have tried re-installing the OA 12.06, but still the issue is there. Any fix/suggestion for the same is much appreciated.

Best Regards,

Rawel

Hi Rawel,

Looking at the error it seems there is issue with policies, can you try to delete policy manually from local sitescope node"%ovadatadir%datafiles\policies\*" and redeploy it from Integration Preferences in Sitescope.

Do not delete Policies folder, delete only content in Policies folder of Sitescope.

Many Thanks..

Mithilesh
