[Support Tip] How to clean agent leftovers using oaclean scripts.

There are scenarios were leftovers of old versions of operations agent and performance agent might prevent the new agent 11 to install.

To solve this, you can use the clean up scripts bundled with the agent.


    1- Take a full system backup of the system where the oaclean script will be run as there is no undo feature.
    2- Mount the ISO of the version you are installing.
    3- From the mounted DVD, locate the \scripts folder.
    4- Copy oacleanall_Windows_X86.vbs to the Windows x86 system (or use the specific architecture version of the script)
    5- Run the command: cscript oacleanall_Windows_X86.vbs -y (for windows)

Once the script has run, try the installation of Agent 11 once more.
