Nice to see such Support Tip. Just a suggestion. or may be one per component like (Server, Agent, Database, SPI etc.....)
Instead of creating 100s post, just have a mastr post called support Tip and keep adding into them. it would be good for us to check the support tips.

Hello Kaka,
Actually the tool here in Customer's Forum cannot be use this way like in the Connections page. So at this moment it is not possible Support tips to be created in one master post, the customer need to be informed for all of the posts which Forum Engineer make. If you would like to see all of the Support Tips, all of them are tagged with word "Support Tip" and you easily can find them in Search.
Please let me know if you need something else like an information from my side.
