System Health 9.24 - Monitoring wich BSM SQL databases?

Jump to solution

We have System Health 9.24 in place for both our test and production environment of BSM.

In System Health we do see a difference between both environments:

Test: BSM 9.24

SQL Server with databases:

  • Event database
    Management database
    Profile database
    RTSM
    RTSM History database

Production BSM 9.22

SQL Server with databases:

  • Event Database
    Management Database
    Profile Database

Two questions:

1. In PROD the RTSM databases are missing, should they be visible or is that not possible in BSM 9.22?

2. The "Business Process Insight database" is not visible in both environments, is that correct?

Thank you!

Hello,

About your questions:

1. In PROD the RTSM databases are missing, should they be visible or is that not possible in BSM 9.22?

Answer/ I don't have a SH 9.22 but it should show the RTSM and RTSM History databases.

2. The "Business Process Insight database" is not visible in both environments, is that correct?

Answer/ That's correct.  SH does not monitor the BPI database but it does monitor the BPI server.

Regards,

Arturo

Hello Arturo,

Thank you for the quick answers!

I am going to dive deeper in the problem why the RTSM databases are vanished.

A "reset" with the Full Model Synchronisation did not do the trick.

I will stop looking for the BPI database 😉

Best regards,

Jaco
