Unable to contact BSM Server at http://mf-apm.idm.com:80 error

Hi Team,

I have APM 9.50 installed all the services are up and running and also able to open APM console.

But when I am trying to connect it to the diagnostics server it throws the following error:

Unable to contact BSM Server at http://mf-apm.idm.com:80

I am not able to find the issue, please guide me to resolve this issue

imran make sure that you are using correct FQDN, try IP address to connect.

I tried the IP address to connect to the diagnostics server.

Also, It doesn't give any error regarding diagnostics server It says unable to contact BSM. But all the services of BSM is running.

imran have you entered the Token Creation Key (initString)?

imran kindly try this http://mf-apm.idm.com without entering token creation key.

imran kindly check your diagnostics is up and running secondly ping apm from diagnostics machine.

I did a ping from both servers working fine.
did telnet to port 2006 from the APM server to Diagnostics server working fine.

but the error remains the same Unable to contact BSM Server at http://mf-apm.idm.com:80 error
