User administration from account other than 'admin'

We have OpsBridge containerized deployed and I would like to be able to manage users/group/roles in OpsBridge from an account thats not the 'admin' account. Is this possible?

I have added my IdM groups to the Administrator Role which has "Users ALL" permissions but the menu option does not come up in the administration drop down.

This should work. Try to give this account "super admin" checkbox.
