Why Content Health status part in OBR Administration console is showing Red or Yellow with some perc

By default, the red status in indicated if:
- Hourly tables have not been updated for 6 hours.
- Daily tables have not been updated for 24 hours
- Less than 90% availability of data for the available dimensions/CI' s in the SHR system. 
The default value 90% means, do not have fact data for more than 10% dimensions
