delete/purge data in SHR 9.40

Hi All, We have to delete/purge the older data from SHR since we want to free up the space on storage. What are the various ways to purge the data from SHR and are there any impacts of the same on SHR. Please advise. Regards, Hanumant D. Madane

If you want to delete older data from the Sybase IQ database, you can either manually delete data from the data tables based on the ta_period of the data or consider changing the retention times for the tables.  Obviously any data that is deleted will no longer be available for reporting on.  However, the best solution is to add more space!

If you don't want any of the data for a specfic domain content pack, you can uninstall the domain content pack - this will drop all the tables associated with the content pack.
