error in instalaltion OMW HP unix agent on HPUnix 11.11 64bit

Hi all,

I am installing OMW HP Unix agent on HPUnix 11.11 64 bit, but I meet a issue in installation process ,below is error info:

hi,

try to force the agent removing.

opc_inst -r -f

then try to install the agent again

Hello,

looks like there is/was already an agent installed before? Did you try to cleanup the "old" installation?

yes, I intalled agent before, but I have reinstall agent by opc_inst -r.

do you have any comments? thansk!

try to force the agent removing.

then try to install the agent again

you could try
#./opc_inst -remove -force
#ps -ef | grep -i ov
#kill -9


filter all files related to the agent and delete them

if it failed
try
#./opc_inst -break_dep
