logout banner not visible

The blue product banner is not visible, including the logout button/area on the SiteScope console.

Hello Timag,

Could you please provide us additional information about the environment:


- SiteScope version.

-Java version you are using in the client machine.

-Browser version and architecture.

Do you receive the same behavior in all client machines?


Also, could you please let us know if the outcomes after using the SiteScope Local Client to open the UI?

SiteScope version is 2018.11

Java version is 1.8.0_241

Banner works fine on Chrome and it used to work on IE, but stopped working in past couple of weeks

IE version is 11.1098.17763.0 with update version 11.0.180 . This is our corporate standard browser.  There was one security update applied in that time period (KB4538461)
