omi console not showing anything

OMI 10.62

We recently applied fix and restarted omi gw and dps server and all OMI processes are running fine.

However when we launch OMI console, it shows blank. It does not show any workspace, page, components etc.
Screen is completely blank.

How to troubleshoot this issue by checking logs.

I know this is probably an obvious thing, but have you tried exiting out of your browser and doing the normal clearing cache, cookies, etc?  And then trying again?

Hello Ramesh

Tried with the following:

1. a) Navigate to the following directory:

<GatewayServerRootDirectory>/conf/uimashup/import

It contains two subdirectories: /loaded and /toload.

1. b) Copy the contents of the /loaded directory into the /toload directory.
2. c) Restart OMi services on GW.

This was solved with support.

Issue was certain files while starting gateway did not have proper permissions.
