Experience Manager: Unable to create chart(s)

Hello,

When I want to create a chart from an Scenario or Rollup with the
Property of Response Time, I get the message "Unable to chart: No data
found [...]". This happens only for a few tests (and scenarios within
it), some others (in the same monitor) works pretty well. I tried to
retrieve the series data from a web service and the Response was the
same, seems that those test scenarios are not stored in the database.

Anyone knows why this could be happen? Any advise?

Thanks in advance!

In the thick client, go to the specific element, performance tab, select
the specific series, make sure to go back in time. My guess, your
chart is not going back far enough in time to find data to chart.

Re: Experience Manager: Unable to create chart(s)

Thanks for the advise. Unfortunately, I went back 2 months (approx. the
time that tests are running) and there is no data neither. My scenarios
are running every 5 mins and I can get the response time from their
alarms with no problem, the issue comes when I want to get the
Performance.

My concern is that some scenarios are working well but some others don't
(in different tests and same monitor) and they are similar.

Any other possibility?

Thanks a lot again!

Re: Experience Manager: Unable to create chart(s)

Unfortunately you probably should reach out to Support. Performance
charts should just work with Experience Manager.

Re: Experience Manager: Unable to create chart(s)

We could solve this issue just updating to the last Patch Bundle 6.

Thanks everyone
