Locked out of dashboard after changing sign in mode to "ID".


Locked out of dashboard after changing sign in mode to "ID" from "Screen
Name". Admin user does not work. How can I reverse this?

I called support. Logged in as ID of "2", which is admin, and then
changed the Sign In portlet configuration back to Screen Name. The
Control Panel config had remained at Screen Name. Only the portlet was
affected.
