Can't get queue status of queue file '/var/opt/OV/tmp/OpC/msgagtq' or unknown status: 0. (OpC30-60)

Hi Experts,

We are getting the below events from some nodes in omi 10.63 enviornment:

a) "Can't get queue status of queue file '/var/opt/OV/tmp/OpC/msgagtq' or unknown status: 0. (OpC30-60)
Queue '/var/opt/OV/tmp/OpC/msgagtq' is empty (qd = 8).
 (OpC20-14)"

b) "Can't get queue status of queue file '/var/opt/OV/tmp/OpC/msgagtq' or unknown status: 0. (OpC30-60)
Can't seek queue file '/var/opt/OV/tmp/OpC/msgagtq' (qd = 8, fd = ).
 (OpC20-5)"

Strange. i sa somethign siliar only on non-root agents  when startet in wrong user context.

My approch will be to do a opcagt -cleanstart, if that doesnt help ovc -kill ; remove all the queue files in /var/opt/OV/tmp/OpC and restart Agent.

Also Check permissions as these folders may use stickybit. Compare them to a working node.
