cscript opr-gateway-configuration.vbs -setup omi ran successfully and also there is no error when checking the deployment.
after running /opr/bin/opr-support-utils.bat -restart mercuryAS i got some internal errors so rebooted the system itself.
however the time does not match clock.
regarding the user, i mentioned before there is no user configured i am using the Admin account which was configured during installtion and configuration of OMi.
Hi KAKA ,
Thats good you dont see the deployment error now , Could you send me the output of opr-checker -a to confirm .
Now that the patch is deployed correctly , lets next fix the other components such as JRE , TZupdater and the cache that could come into play for this problem.
1> Firstly update to the latest java version of JRE 7 or 8.
2> Run the oracle time zone updater tool : http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/tzupdater-download-513681.html
3> Lauch this URL, http://<GW-Server>/opr-web/flex-ui/opr-event-browser.swf to reload the new swf
4> Then Check if the issue is fixed.
If for some strange reasons you still dont see the DST issue fixed , kindly do the following and send me the below details..
1> Log on to OMi: http://<GWS>/bsm
2> Open the following URL to open the logging configuration application.
3> Select the Enable logging for this session check box.
4> Select DEBUG.
5> Click Apply.
6> Then do a browser refresh (f5) in the event browser.
7> And send me the ouptut of the logging that you see .
8> Also send me the output of opr-checker -a
Hi KAKA ,
Thanks for the logs .. In the logs I can see that the Browser Cache is not cleared ..
Though the patch is installed and deployed correctly , the SWF file in the Browser cache is still of the older version ..
INFO Launching SWF application EvtBrowser (version: 10.00.172).
It should be 10.00.321
Close all the IE instances , delete the Browser cache (Double check that your Browser cache is empty ) , The IE Browser cache is usually in this directory.. C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache\IE .. Make sure this is empty..
Then access this link to manually load the SWF file
This should fix the issue.
