Unable to start odb process
We have successfully installed OBM2018.05 in RHEL 7.3 . After installation i started the service and then im checking the status the odb process is not started from more than 1 day. Kindly help me to resolve this issue.
I have met all the pre-requisites which is mentioned in the installation guide. Is there any specific pre-check please let me know.

I hope you are doing well,
Can you please check with the following command /opt/HP/BSM/opr/support/opr-support-utils.sh -bus -getserver.
If the result is different from the primary DPS run the following command:
/opt/HP/BSM/opr/support/opr-support-utils.sh -bus -resetserver.
And after that try to start the services again.
