hpbsm\webserver\bin\httpd.exe is not a valid win32 application

The configuration is failing with this message hpbsm\webserver\bin\httpd.exe is not a valid win32 application.

This is a clean install on windows server 2008 r2.

I tried to run the config script again using iis, but now it can't uninstall apache and I'm getting 404 errors when I try and connect to omi

Re: hpbsm\webserver\bin\httpd.exe is not a valid win32 application

I did a whole rebuild, the install is successful, the config completes as well, but errors out with the following:

Failed launching batch file E:\HPBSM\WebServer/bin/Apache2Uninstall.bat, exit with exit error : 1 Batch process output is:

E:\HPBSM>E:\HPBSM\WebServer\bin\httpd.exe -k stop -n "HP Business Service Management Web Server"
The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail.

E:\HPBSM>taskkill /F /IM rotatelogs.exe  1>NUL 2>NUL

E:\HPBSM>E:\HPBSM\WebServer\bin\httpd.exe -k uninstall -n "HP Business Service Management Web Server"
The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail.
