Add button to Web Services Wizard to allow updating specific CP when the API changes

If it would be possible to use ws-wizard.bat for updating of already existing integration CPs when some change is detected on tool's API side, e.g.: list of API operations have been changed. Let's call this feature "automated api detection".They currently do it manually, one part via python script other via excel functions for comparison of two lists what causes lot of effort on our side.

Python code for getting list of API operations:

Scenario

When there are some changes on tool's API side

Workaround

Manual work

Unacceptable

Lot of effort if you have dozens of tools

Required
One button detection of API changes and update of particular integration content pack
