Add option in UI to identify and release all locks acquired by Acquire lock operation

When a certain flow is hanging and it was using the Acquire Lock operation , that lock is blocked and next flows trying to acquire it will not be able to do it.
For this, the customer will have to manually delete the entry from OO_RUNTIME_VALUE_STORE.

The flows can remain stuck due to following reasons:
- some error with the nodes in OO while that flow is executing ( either Central, RAS, DB, etc)
- the remote command executing hangs ( Remote command, SSH, Powershell, etc) .Even it the general flow timeout enters and cancels the flow, the lock is not released.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
Proposed solution is to implement a button on Central UI ( System Configuration pages maybe ?) to release all locks from the DB

I will set this idea to waiting for votes, however, one possible solution might be to use content to manage the locks and clear the locks.

To echo what Florin said above, we actually use a flow to manage this! It just lists current active locks and user can select from the dropdown which lock to (try and) release. But then again, it could be exactly the situations that Frank describes where this could not work.

Still, an overview in the settings to manage existing/active locks directly from the interface would be super-cool! 🙂

We are facing issue with our Purge Execution flows running long time. Now, can we release lock from UI or else is there any option to implement the same to stop the flow from continuing to run. Schedule when runs. Never stops.
