SFTP and FTP operations from OO Base CP are missing proxy inputs. 

This idea is about enhancing the operations to support connecting via SFTP and FTP to targets behind proxy.

support connecting via SFTP and FTP to targets behind proxy option has been added to the operations, however not compatible with Socks 5, that's what needs to be enhanced now.
