Add support for Amazon Linux

We only use AWS EC2 instances for OO, OO-Designer and OO-SSX (All RHEL).

In addition, Amazon Linux already includes all necessary tools by default,

which would also simplify deployment processes.

The costs for Amazon Linux EC2 instances would be significantly lower.

The support for Amazon Linux would certainly be interesting for other customers

who have to pay attention to their business case.
