Apparently OO 2018.09 supports Oracle 12c (see https://docs.microfocus.com/itom/Operations_Orchestration:2018.09/Administer/Deploying_Maintaining_OO_DB/Oracle_system_req#.24filename.7C).

...But what about OO Databases Content Pack? Release notes in the Marketplace state that only versions 9i, 10g, 11g are supported.

Also, regarding 2018.09 and Oracle 12c support: it is stated in software requirements that is supported but in the "examples of tested deployments" section also is verified to be tested. Which one is wrong?

There seems to be a typo in the documentation. For both software requirements and the tested version the version should be 12.2.02.

Status changed to: Delivered

Delivered with 2018.12. it will not be supported for previous version as already mentioned.

as for

a. the documentation issues - the is the correct value - that will be addressed in the documentation

b. the content issues - another idea seems sumbited and will be tracked as such here - https://community.softwaregrp.com/t5/Operations-Orchestration-Idea/OO-Databases-Content-support-for-Oracle-12c-R2/idi-p/1681162
