OO 10.60 to upgrade Oracle version to 12c R2

0 Votes

Hi Team,

We are currently using HPOO 10.60 with Oracle version 11g. And we planned to upgrade to 12c R2 with latest version (12.2).

We do see the HPOO 10.60 is compatible with Oracle 12cR1 version in MicroFocus document.

But we want to check from MicroFocus R&D standpoint, Is HPOO 10.60 will be supported with Oracle 12.2 version. Is there any specific changes done in HPOO newer version to support Oracle 12.2.

Because we do see some post of OO KM documents that OO may not support directly, but by through Oracle upgrade (like below) will works.

Can you please check with MicroFocus R&D team and let us know the details.

HPOO version: 10.60

Current Oracle Version: 11g
Upgrade Oracle verison: 12.2 (12201190115)

Thanks,
Santhosh Kumar

@Santhosh Kumar , this is not an idea, but a support request.

If you need answers I suggest you direct your question either to the Micro Focus support team or start a discussion on the OO forum here: https://community.microfocus.com/t5/Operations-Orchestration-User/bd-p/sws-OO_SUP

I will decline this post as it is not an idea.
