OO Performance with PostgreSQL and MySQL

In OO 10.70 (and earlier) was available performace benchmark document using Oracle as unique DB.
In OO 2018.05 perforamce benchmark also includes MS SQL Server, and results can be compared with Oracle.  https://docs.microfocus.com/itom/Operations_Orchestration:2018.05/Install/Install/OO_Benchmark_Performance

In order to make a better planning for new installations, and also for high load environment migrations (when DB performance is close to the limits), we should have PostgreSQL and MySQL comparison also included. This way we could advise based in real data, that could justify the hw, licenses and migration effort.
