Support for newer version of Ubuntu

Current HPOO 10.80 is only supported on Ubuntu 14.04.x LTS, which is nearing its end.

Please make it compatible with new version of Ubuntu Linux server like Ubuntu 18.x

- Benefits / Value

I support a very large implementation of Operations Orchestration and the corporate direction is to move away from costly subscription based Red Hat Enterprise Linux to the "free" open source Linux Ubuntu build.  Currently the latest version is Ubuntu 18.x.

The benefits to the customer are cost.  In this case, the customer may look for other software alternatives to OO if Ubuntu is not provided as a viable option.

- Design details

Simply test and validate Ubuntu 18.x as a supported platform for installation of HPOO 10.80  and later.

@Raghav Laxmikanth I am moving it to waiting for votes but we are definitely opening discussions internally in order to take a further decision around Ubuntu. We'll keep in touch.
