10.01 LDAP Authentication

When I test the LDAP authentication, I get the following message:

Groups fetching had failed: 000004DC: LdapErr: DSID-0C0906E8, comment: In order to perform this operation a successful bind must be completed on the connection., data 0, v1db1

Hello Masaewk,

 

I wanted to get back wtih you on this.  After discussing internally and searching for the error, it appears that error messages are generic returned from LDAP.  Please open an OO support ticket to investigate as more input is needed.  Many times the error messages are often not helpful or misleading.
