10.22 - Last login time for Internal Users in Central

Does anyone know if there is a DB table or log file that would record the login times for internal users in Central? Not LDAP accounts. I would like to analyse the currency of these users and ultimately decide whether they are still active.

Thanks

Chris

Re: 10.22 - Last login time for Internal Users in Central

Hi Chris,

In OO 10.2x , the auditing was introduced, so you can find all the events audited (including logins) in the OO_AUDIT table.

Note that you need to Enable Audit for that!

But, the format in which the events are stored is not user-friendly ( the events are introduced as codes ).

So the only way to consume this audit "user-readable" is via REST API calls. You can check all available requests in the API guide.

Hope this helps.

As a side note logins are also recorded in the logs - It varies from version to version in the details logged but the newer versions have more data logged - I recommend checking to see if the logs hold the information you need in your version and to test newer versions if not.
