AD:Unable to login into Studio with user but can successfully login to Central with user
After AD set up I am successful at login to Central with that user but when I attempt with the same user in Studio it says "user no authorized". Any ideas why it wouldnt work.
Can you check the new user's group assignment? User's group has to have AUTHOR role to login to Studio.
If the error still exists then check the Studio's default repository URL at first login, it has to be same with Central's URL.
Also make sure that the instance of Studio has been patched. If you installed Studio after Central it won't be patched.
There was also a certificate change after version 9.03.
