I've finally found the solution :

When you design your flow, you need to assign an empty constant, and assign the value from and to.

Example if i need to transmit a value to the targetHost variable i need to assign to targetHost and From targetHost

OR

add a step "Convert object to flow variables" it's under base1.9.1/Library/Utility Operations/Containers/JSON .

Then configure the containers to use a constant, leave empty the value.

To complete my post this is the jquery POST  :

{
"flowUuid":"************************", "runName": "netcheck_api",
"logLevel": "STANDARD","inputs":{
"targetHost":"10.53.6.4"
}
}
