Hi,

If the server has Out-of-Band management like ILO in HP Servers, you can start it remotely.

iLO management is available as operations in OO, you can utilize them in controlling server power state.

we have 2 scenarios here  either server is VM or physical server

if server is  Vm we can use   Integrations\Vmware\VmwareServer\ResetVirtualmachine.

if u r Vm is physical server  we nee to do manual restart i Guess
