Configuration of Cisco router in vCenter deprovisioned by OO flow using OO operations


I created flow for provisioning Cisco router.
OO flow finish without problems and router is successfully roll-outed from template.

What are the best ways to configure router with OO operations?
I tried approach with PowerCli but gets an error:
