Can HP OO use MySQL Community Edition(GPL) ?

OO supports only MySQL 5.5.x, 5.6.x*, 5.7x

For MySQL 5.6.20 and 5.6.21, the requirements for the innodb_log_file_size have increased

Hi,

HPE OO does work with MySQL Community Eddition, as this version of MySQL offers all the functionality needed by OO, however as opposesd to the payed edditions (standard, enterprise, etc) of MySQL you are not going to have access to Oracle premier support and to the advanced monitoring and high availability features. Other than that by following the settings from the database guide OO there should be no problems.
